St Luke's Healthy Living Centre

The new St Luke’s Healthy Living Centre will bring together a number of community services and facilities on the grounds of the existing Temple Sutton School. Key components include a community café, library, educational facilities, start-up business units, dance studios and, on the first floor, a health centre. The accommodation is arranged around a route through the building with overlap of facilities to allow for future flexibility.

A key part of the brief was that the building should display its sustainability credentials, including a green roof, light wells and sustainable external materials. The building has also been arranged on the site to promote the principles of ‘sustainable communities’ and forms part of an access route to the Temple Sutton School.
