Finchley Memorial Hospital

This new community Hospital development has been designed to fully embrace the new Department of Health guidance for flexible and adaptable healthcare facilities. The layout is based around generic modular clinical rooms and clusters to reflect the new Health Building Note 11-01 (Facilities for Primary and Social Care) written by Murphy Philipps.

The scheme is being developed as part of a health campus in conjunction with SHINE to ensure that the building is an environmentally responsible and sustainable contribution to the local setting and community.  By achieving a BREEAM 'excellent' rating the building's exemplar sustainable credentials will far exceed Local Authority and GLA requirements.
