Finchley Memorial Hospital Masterplan

Development of a landscape masterplan, preparation of the landscape and public realm strategy, and design proposals for the new Finchley Memorial Hospital. Barnet  PCT wants to provide modern health care facilities embedded in a new green space to replace the existing Finchley Memorial Hospital.

The existing Finchley Memorial Hospital is located in a residential area in the London Borough of Barnet. The hospital grounds are situated at the junction of Granville Road and Bow Lane with the main access from Bow Lane. The new hospital site was formerly used as playing felds, but has not been accessible to the public for over 10 years. Current proposals open up greens pace around the new hospital to the public, creating a “Health Campus” enjoyed by users of the facilities and local community.
