Astrid joined Murphy Philipps in 2005 after graduating and gaining valuable experience in Milan working on high end commercial projects as well as in the residential sector.  She became an Associate in 2012 and was promoted to Associate Director in 2024. She has contributed to several award-winning projects such as the Nelson Health Centre and the Lane Fox Remeo Centre, both showcasing her expertise and design focused approach.

In addition to her project work, Astrid oversees the office’s BIM and operational workstreams as well as the quality and environmental management system, ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout the practice. Her commitment to excellence and sustainability drives her work, making her an integral part of the team as they create inspiring and emphatic spaces centred around the user’s experience.
