Emma joined Murphy Philipps in 2016 and became an Associate in 2024. She brings a wealth of experience across various healthcare sectors, with a strong focus on Primary Care and Acute facilities. Her background as a project manager within NHS Trusts reinforced her belief that people are at the heart of healthcare, and successful designs are the result of robust stakeholder engagement, leading to positive and inclusive environments.

Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, Emma serves as the North East lead. She played a key role in developing the firm’s BIM strategy, championing Autodesk Revit adoption, and ensuring compliance with industry standards throughout project delivery.
