Paul joined Murphy Philipps in 1998, shortly after its establishment, bringing experience from Alsop & Stormer, Michael Hopkins, and TR Hamzah & Yeang in Kuala Lumpur.

Promoted to partner in 2006, Paul’s expertise in technical and detailed design has been crucial for complex Critical Care, Pathology, and Imaging projects. He is particularly focused on enhancing patient experiences through thoughtful integration of environment, technology, materials, and lighting.

His leadership in the London Clinic Critical Care Unit, praised as excellent by the Care Quality Commission, highlights his commitment to holistic design and wellness. Paul also leads recruitment and IT development at the practice.
